About The Role
Our Customer Service Consultants are at the heart of our mission, dedicated to serving our clients with a personalized and caring experience. This role is ideal for those looking to make a real impact and build a career in financial services. You will be the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries related to case status, data changes, required forms, and documenting all interactions. You will perform financial and non-financial transactions using multiple computer systems and provide compassionate, accurate, and efficient service to a high volume of incoming calls.
Responsibilities
- Successfully complete a comprehensive paid training course to prepare for assisting customers.
- Work shifts between 7:00 AM – 8:00 PM, Monday – Friday (shift assigned based on business need).
- Provide an outstanding customer service experience while generating energy and passion around Corebridge Financial products.
- Quickly and effectively problem-solve to deliver impactful solutions for customers.
- Convey policy information and company procedures clearly and accurately.
- Manage and troubleshoot complex customer service issues involving cross-functional partners using advanced technical skills.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED from an accredited institution (some college preferred).
- Action-oriented professionals with high energy, personable demeanor, and a genuine desire to help customers.
- Proven customer service or call center experience preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for interacting with internal and external customers.
- Advanced computer knowledge, proficiency with MS Office, and strong professional typing skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced call center environment while meeting key performance indicators.
Pay
The actual compensation offered will depend on factors such as geographic location, skills, experience, and other qualifications. The position is also eligible for a discretionary bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable incentive plan.

This position is based in Corebridge Financial’s Houston, TX or Amarillo, TX office and follows a hybrid working policy, combining in-office and remote work.
