About the role
This position assists customers in their shopping experience by providing efficient and courteous service. It reports to the Office Manager.
Responsibilities
- Implement Casentino Customer Service Standards
- Provide team members with necessary information for their roles
- Be knowledgeable about products and accurately answer customer questions
- Operate, clean, and maintain equipment safely
- Maintain a clean and professional appearance
- Handle returns, exchanges, and price adjustments efficiently
- Monitor and adjust for customer needs
- Intervene in customer transactions
- Resolve customer complaints professionally
- Comply with health regulations, sanitation guidelines, and safety procedures
- Promote store ads and specials
- Navigate Kronos system and support other stores/departments
Requirements
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Liquor license obtained prior to start date (if applicable)
- Completion of ongoing training and development
