Responsibilities
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints regarding game play issues
- Provide assistance with account management and troubleshooting
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving
- Follow up on customer feedback and escalate issues as necessary
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills

- Basic computer literacy
