CUSTOMER SERVICE ADVISOR

BimmerWorld specializes in the parts, servicing, and performance of BMW automobiles and has an opening for a Customer Service Advisor supporting our sales team. We seek individuals who share our dedication to a premium shopping and service experience in every interaction.

About the role

Provide customer support through phone calls, emails, and LiveChat. A high level of professionalism, communication, organization, and advocating the ultimate customer service is imperative to this role, as excellent service is the foundation of our business.

Responsibilities

• General customer service and order support
• Respond promptly to customer order inquiries
• Work through warranty and return scenarios to find a solution for the customer
• Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times
• Acknowledge and resolve customer complaints
• Maintain regular and prompt attendance
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Familiar with point-of-sale and e-commerce technology
• Proficient typing and computer skills
• Professional phone etiquette
• Advanced problem-solving skills
• Hands-on automotive experience
• Strong organizational skills
