What You’ll Do As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be the first and last point of contact for customers, creating positive impressions and fostering loyalty by explaining oil change options and additional services. You will receive comprehensive training to effectively communicate with guests, gain product and service knowledge, and develop confidence in your role.
