About the Role
Applied Industrial Technologies is hiring a full-time Customer Sales & Service Representative at our New Berlin, WI service center. In this role, you'll provide professional and timely support to our sales team and customers.

Responsibilities
In our fast-paced team environment, you will:
- Partner with customers and outside sales team to find products and services
- Solve customer needs and build ongoing positive business relationships
- Solve customer inquiries, prepare quotes, process/expedite orders & returns
- Source parts from suppliers nationwide
- Assist in generating sales by upselling, adding on, and educating customers
- Help in the stockroom and deliver orders to customers as needed
Qualifications & Skills
- 1+ year of customer service, inside sales, mechanical, or maintenance experience preferred
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs
- Organized with strong attention to detail
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record (MVR)
