Customer Sales & Service Representative

Responsibilities

Aid customers by phone and in person at our facility.
Utilize your customer service skills and talents to clarify their needs, conduct research, and (after you get up to speed) recommend parts.
Focus and drive to meet / exceed monthly sales goals while increasing customer satisfaction.
Process quotes, take orders, and provide post-order service.

Requirements

• Self-motivated and driven by a desire to exceed expectations.
  
• Strong prioritization and multitasking skills, a sense of urgency, and take pride in your verbal and written communication.
  
• Interpersonal skills and the ability to establish rapport and build solid relationships with a wide variety of customers are critical.
  

Qualifications

• 6 months of customer service experience preferred.
  
• Excellent telephone and written skills, including English grammar.
  
• Ability and desire to learn new systems and processes quickly.
  
• Enjoy working with computers, including basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (specifically Outlook & Excel) and comfortable with Google search engine.
  
• High school diploma or equivalent.
  
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record (MVR).
  
• SAP / ERP experience, preferred but not required.
  
• Some knowledge of industrial distribution products and hydraulics, preferred but not required.
  
• Attention to detail, accuracy, ability to multitask, sense of humor.
  
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Pay

Starting Salary: Salary will be based on your experience and qualifications and added incentives will be earned based on performance.
