About the role
The Junkluggers is an eco-friendly alternative to furniture and junk removal, helping homes and businesses across the Denver Metro area declutter and make space. We strive to deliver the most friendly, professional service to our community, while specializing in landfill diversion through repurposing, donating and recycling everything we can.
Responsibilities
- Be Exceptional: Exceed expectations, every time. Impress every customer with great service and communication. Always ask if we can do more.
- Live ‘Safety First’: Lift, remove, load and unload with patience and care. Drive safely and professionally. Look out for the well-being of yourself and your teammates.
- Always Be Growing: Hone your sales skills through continuous training. Ask for help and feedback. Help new teammates become great.
- Live The Mission: Perform removal service with great form & communication. Care for our customers’ homes and ensure reusable items see future life.
- Be an Ambassador: Help build our brand with marketing and getting content to share with the community. Represent The Junkluggers with integrity. Be there for your team.
Qualifications
- A positive mind-set, strong work-ethic and strong communication skills
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Reliable Transportation and Punctuality
- Able to lift 50-100 lbs
- Proficient with mobile apps and operating systems
- A desire to help our community with a meaningful service
- Weekend availability
Pay
Starting base is $20/hour + tips. Our average employee makes $25-30/hour.
