Customer Sales and Service Representative

Our client, a leading industrial distributor, is hiring a Customer Sales and Service Representative to join the team in Waite Park, MN!

Responsibilities

• Preparing and processing customer quotes
• Entering and managing customer orders
• Following up on orders and providing status updates
• Communicating with customers primarily through phone and email
• Maintaining and responding to inquiries via email
• Supporting inside sales activities and helping customers find the solutions they need
• Building strong customer relationships through professional and responsive service
• Working closely with internal teams to ensure customer expectations are met

Requirements

• Customer service experience in an office environment
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and comfortable with Google search engine
• Experience within a manufacturing, industrial, distribution, or related industry is highly preferred
• Order entry experience is a strong plus
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Comfortable managing multiple priorities and customer requests
• Familiarity with SAP and/or Salesforce is a plus

Qualifications

Customer service experience in an office environment
