Build Relationships. Strengthen Retention. The Mary Henry State Farm Agency is seeking a bilingual Customer Retention Specialist to provide high-quality service and support to our existing customers. This role is best suited for someone who is dependable, organized, and enjoys helping people navigate their insurance needs. The primary focus of this position is customer service, retention, and account management. You will assist customers with policy questions, billing concerns, coverage changes, renewals, and general service needs while helping ensure they feel supported and confident in their relationship with the agency. Fluency In Both English And Spanish Is Required. Candidates must obtain their Kentucky Property & Casualty license prior to Day 1 in the agency. A Life & Health license must be obtained within 45 days of starting employment. Licensing guidance and support are available to help qualified candidates through the process.
