What You’ll Do
- Communicate with existing customers regarding renewals, coverage questions, and policy updates
- Provide calm, professional support during service and claims-related conversations
- Review accounts and assist with policy changes, endorsements, and updates
- Identify coverage gaps and pivot service conversations into in-book sales opportunities when appropriate
- Recommend additional products using a needs-based, customer-focused approach
- Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of customer interactions
- Collaborate with team members to meet retention, service, and outreach goals
