Responsibilities

• Manage customer inquiries and resolve issues.
• Maintain client records and update information as needed.
• Aid in customer retention strategies.
• Cook up with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Show strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in customer service is preferred.
• Handle high-stress situations with composure.

Qualifications

• Second-generation State Farm agent.
• Proud graduate of Florida State University.
• Currently have 4 team members at our agency.

Pay

Commensurate with experience.

Schedule

Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM, and Saturday, 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM.

Location

Our office is located in Fort Walton Beach.
