Responsibilities
- Manage and deliver customer programs within defined scope, schedule, and budget.
- Ensure alignment of customer programs with Honeywell’s strategic objectives.
- Identify and mitigate program risks and issues proactively.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and customers to ensure program success.
- Provide leadership and guidance to program teams to drive performance.
- Monitor and report program performance metrics to stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 6 months + of experience in program management or related roles.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to drive program success.
- Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities to manage complex customer programs.
- Proficient understanding of program management principles and methodologies to ensure effective execution.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, or related field.
- Experience working in a global organization and managing programs in a matrix environment.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
- Strong negotiation and influencing skills to align stakeholders and drive results.
- Able to adapt to a fast-paced and changing environment with resilience and flexibility.
