Responsibilities

  • Manage and deliver customer programs within defined scope, schedule, and budget.
  • Ensure alignment of customer programs with Honeywell’s strategic objectives.
  • Identify and mitigate program risks and issues proactively.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and customers to ensure program success.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to program teams to drive performance.
  • Monitor and report program performance metrics to stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 6 months + of experience in program management or related roles.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to drive program success.
  • Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities to manage complex customer programs.
  • Proficient understanding of program management principles and methodologies to ensure effective execution.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, or related field.
  • Experience working in a global organization and managing programs in a matrix environment.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
  • Strong negotiation and influencing skills to align stakeholders and drive results.
  • Able to adapt to a fast-paced and changing environment with resilience and flexibility.
