Responsibilities
- Define and own the post-sales customer experience across all segments
- Create a Voice of Customer engine to drive insights and company strategy
- Create a scalable enablement program to reduce time-to-value for customers
- Manage complex partner and enterprise onboarding processes
- Track and optimize program performance using key metrics
- Facilitate collaboration between Product, Support, and Sales teams
- Document processes to ensure consistent delivery of services
Qualifications
- 5+ years in Customer Success, Experience, or Program Management, ideally in B2B SaaS or cloud infrastructure
- Proven ability to build programs from scratch with measurable outcomes
- Comfortable engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Experience with VOC, NPS/CSAT frameworks, and turning feedback into actionable insights
- Strong writing skills for various audiences and document types

$125,000 – $145,000 annually
