Responsibilities

  • Define and own the post-sales customer experience across all segments
  • Create a Voice of Customer engine to drive insights and company strategy
  • Create a scalable enablement program to reduce time-to-value for customers
  • Manage complex partner and enterprise onboarding processes
  • Track and optimize program performance using key metrics
  • Facilitate collaboration between Product, Support, and Sales teams
  • Document processes to ensure consistent delivery of services

Qualifications

  • 5+ years in Customer Success, Experience, or Program Management, ideally in B2B SaaS or cloud infrastructure
  • Proven ability to build programs from scratch with measurable outcomes
  • Comfortable engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Experience with VOC, NPS/CSAT frameworks, and turning feedback into actionable insights
  • Strong writing skills for various audiences and document types

Pay

$125,000 – $145,000 annually
