Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of up to 10 or more outbound sales representatives
- Set clear performance goals and drive accountability through metrics and KPIs
- Monitor pipeline activity and ensure consistent revenue growth
- Oversee and participate in high-volume outbound calling efforts
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategic sales solutions
- Guide team in closing deals, negotiating pricing, and overcoming objections
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers nationwide
- Drive new account acquisition through targeted prospecting and research
- Expand existing accounts by identifying additional needs and opportunities
- Ensure exceptional customer experience through personalized interactions
- Understand customer challenges and position tailored solutions
- Educate clients on company capabilities, resources, and partnerships
- Utilize CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) to track performance and maintain accurate reporting
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to enhance service delivery
- Train new and existing sales staff on outbound strategy and communicate best practices
- Analyze sales data to improve team performance and strategy
Requirements
- 4 Year Degree Preferred or High School Diploma
- 5+ years in sales management and business development
- Proven experience leading outbound sales or call-driven environments
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
- Experience leading or mentoring a sales team
- Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Pay
$75,000 - $85,000 annually based on including but not limited to qualifications, experience, and geographical location.
