About the role
Responsible for managing customer orders, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining high customer satisfaction levels.
Responsibilities
- Manage order processing from receipt to shipment
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of order documentation
- Monitor inventory levels and reorder items as needed
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and improve processes
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
- At least 2 years of experience in customer service or order management
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Qualifications
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
