Customer Onboarding Coordinator

Responsibilities

  • Oversee new 3rd party customer setup
  • Verify credit app completion and credit references
  • Obtain certificate of insurance and submit for review (compliant/acceptable)
  • Enter insurance policy and expiration information
  • Verify the credit limit with Leadership
  • Setup approved customers within our database
  • Submit pre-lien notices for all new job setups
  • Create customer portal login credentials
  • Review and request COI renewals & maintain the database
  • Perform special projects and other ad-hoc duties as needed

Requirements

  • Ability to prioritize, multitask, and manage time effectively
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to work in both a team environment and independently
  • Well organized with attention to detail
  • Positive interpersonal skills and strong work ethics
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of customer management experience
  • Experience with Coupa and RentalMan software preferred
  • Knowledge of Sales Tax and construction project contract language preferred
  • Construction or industry related experience a plus
