Responsibilities
- Oversee new 3rd party customer setup
- Verify credit app completion and credit references
- Obtain certificate of insurance and submit for review (compliant/acceptable)
- Enter insurance policy and expiration information
- Verify the credit limit with Leadership
- Setup approved customers within our database
- Submit pre-lien notices for all new job setups
- Create customer portal login credentials
- Review and request COI renewals & maintain the database
- Perform special projects and other ad-hoc duties as needed
Requirements
- Ability to prioritize, multitask, and manage time effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work in both a team environment and independently
- Well organized with attention to detail
- Positive interpersonal skills and strong work ethics
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of customer management experience
- Experience with Coupa and RentalMan software preferred
- Knowledge of Sales Tax and construction project contract language preferred
- Construction or industry related experience a plus
