Customer Journey Auditor

Essential Job Functions

• Ensure property meets Circle K’s image standards using the store inspection forms.
• Create a safe and pleasant environment for all employees by inspecting food service areas.
• Check temperatures for coffee, roller grill items, condiments, freezers and coolers to ensure they are correct.
• Verify correct expiration dates and ensure all areas of the store uphold Circle K’s standards.
• Implement and maintain Marketing and Operation programs to keep locations compliant with federal, state, and local laws.
• Inspect Simply Great Coffee stores for proper organization of signage, cups, flavors, and in-stock products.
• Inspect Kitchen stores for proper organization of signage, equipment, and storage.
• Ensure food quality is excellent and there are sufficient amounts of product for customer consumption.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent education
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Food Handler’s Certificate (where required by law)
• Experience in food service preferred
• Possess a valid Driver’s License
• Ability to work 5 days/50+ hours per week
• Self-directed and productive without direct supervision

Physical Demands

• Ability to communicate verbally and in writing
• Ability to operate computer keyboard for data entry
• Ability to lift items that weigh 40-50 pounds
• Ability to stand for long periods of times
• Ability to be exposed to cold or hot temperature extremes performing occasional duties in the food service area, walk-in cooler and/or freezer and outdoors
• Ability to drive for long periods of time
