Customer Experience Journey Specialist

About the role

Neurolutions is seeking a dedicated and experienced Stroke Recovery Services Coordinator to support our mission of helping stroke survivors regain independence through innovative therapies. The ideal candidate will have a background in healthcare administration, rehabilitation, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Manage patient referrals and coordinate care between patients, therapists, and other healthcare providers.
• Provide administrative support to the Stroke Recovery Services team, including scheduling appointments, managing insurance claims, and maintaining accurate records.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care.
• Assist in the development and implementation of new programs and initiatives to enhance patient outcomes.
• Conduct outreach activities to promote awareness of stroke recovery services and encourage early intervention.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Rehabilitation, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in a healthcare setting.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
