About the role
Neurolutions is seeking a dedicated and experienced Stroke Recovery Services Coordinator to support our mission of helping stroke survivors regain independence through innovative therapies. The ideal candidate will have a background in healthcare administration, rehabilitation, or a related field.
Responsibilities
- Manage patient referrals and coordinate care between patients, therapists, and other healthcare providers.
- Provide administrative support to the Stroke Recovery Services team, including scheduling appointments, managing insurance claims, and maintaining accurate records.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care.
- Assist in the development and implementation of new programs and initiatives to enhance patient outcomes.
- Conduct outreach activities to promote awareness of stroke recovery services and encourage early intervention.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Rehabilitation, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in a healthcare setting.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of stroke rehabilitation principles and best practices.
- Experience working with diverse populations and cultural backgrounds.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
