About the role

McorpCX have been pioneers in the customer experience (CX, EX and now XM) movement since 2002, and we are growing rapidly. As you are no doubt aware, the CX market is undergoing explosive growth, and we are feeling that. The next 3 years will be the most exciting time in our (nearly) 20-year history. The time for CX is clearly now, especially as the world emerges from COVID and transforming customer expectations impact all businesses.

Key Responsibilities

  • Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
  • Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
  • Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
  • Reach out to customer leads through cold calling and respond to inbound inquiries
  • Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
  • Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
  • Cook up sales efforts with team members and other departments
  • Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales, and deliver status reports
  • Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services
  • Continuously improve through feedback

Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
  • 5+ years of sales experience
  • Experience in and passion for the CX industry
  • A successful deal history
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites & Microsoft Teams
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Outgoing and goal-oriented
  • An obsession with success
  • An agile, learning attitude
  • Flexible working hours (since our clients span North America and occasionally outside)
