About the role

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, helping customers, and creating opportunities that benefit both the customer and the dealership.

Responsibilities

  • Build relationships with customers visiting our service department
  • Review vehicle ownership information and identify upgrade opportunities
  • Introduce customers to current vehicle upgrade programs and incentives
  • Cook up appointments between customers and the sales team
  • Aid customers in understanding trade values and vehicle options
  • Follow up with customers by phone, text, email, and in person
  • Work closely with Service Advisors and Sales Consultants
  • Create a positive customer experience throughout the ownership journey
  • Track customer interactions and maintain accurate records
  • Help increase customer retention and loyalty

Requirements

  • Strong communication and people skills
  • Positive attitude and outgoing personality
  • Ability to build rapport quickly
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented
  • Comfortable using computers, CRM systems, and texting customers
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Previous customer service, retail, hospitality, banking, insurance, or automotive experience is a plus
  • Automotive sales experience is helpful but not required
