About the role
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, helping customers, and creating opportunities that benefit both the customer and the dealership.Responsibilities
- Build relationships with customers visiting our service department
- Review vehicle ownership information and identify upgrade opportunities
- Introduce customers to current vehicle upgrade programs and incentives
- Cook up appointments between customers and the sales team
- Aid customers in understanding trade values and vehicle options
- Follow up with customers by phone, text, email, and in person
- Work closely with Service Advisors and Sales Consultants
- Create a positive customer experience throughout the ownership journey
- Track customer interactions and maintain accurate records
- Help increase customer retention and loyalty
Requirements
- Strong communication and people skills
- Positive attitude and outgoing personality
- Ability to build rapport quickly
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Comfortable using computers, CRM systems, and texting customers
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Previous customer service, retail, hospitality, banking, insurance, or automotive experience is a plus
- Automotive sales experience is helpful but not required
