Schedule

• Monday to Friday, 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM
• Overtime based on business needs

Responsibilities

• Provide phone support for inquiries from sales and healthcare professionals
• Engage, interact, and respond in a prompt, accurate, courteous, and poised manner to encourage positive business relationships
• Process all work in accordance with relevant working practices and standard operating procedures
• Provide feedback and suggestions to improve service levels, internal processes, and customer support methodology
• Support the Sales Department by answering questions via telephone, email, and fax
• Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, including inquiries, complaints, comments, and actions taken
• Collaborate with Corporate Accounts Receivable for collection payments and/or arrange for billing
• Prepare product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information

Requirements

• High school diploma (required)
• 2+ years of experience (required)
• Ability to work flexible hours as needed to support business needs (required)
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
• Experience with Customer Service and Order Entry (preferred)
• Experience with Systems Applications & Products (SAP), Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software (preferred)

Pay

$23.41 – $29.46 USD hourly
