Customer Enrollment Specialist - Warm Leads (No Cold Calling)

What a typical day looks like

• Phone calls with customers who have already submitted service requests through our partner app
• Confirm their setup details and move-in timeline
• Makes sure the services they selected fit their home and needs
• Recommend upgrades when they genuinely improve the customer's setup
• Finalize the order and pass it to our processing team
• Keep clean documentation in our CRM

Requirements

• Previous sales experience not required
• 1-2+ years of customer-facing or sales experience preferred
• Comfortable handling high daily call volume and completing tasks quickly
• Strong verbal communication skills
• Ability to build rapport quickly over the phone
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Comfortable working in a performance-driven environment
• Basic computer proficiency
• Ability to rapidly toggle between a multi-line phone system, CRM software, and map/calendar tools
• Reliable and consistent work habits
• Ability to work full-time, in-office in Dallas, TX
