Customer Engineer Manager III
About the role
This position involves managing customer relationships across a designated district, performing regular customer visits, and providing technical support. Responsibilities also encompass account planning with sales engineers, supporting system installations, managing escalation procedures, and ensuring cost efficiency and financial forecasting within the district. Additionally, the role involves monitoring programs for employee recognition and mentoring, managing RMA procedures, and tracking engineer effectiveness.
