About the role
This role is focused on ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction by responding to and resolving customer questions or concerns.
Responsibilities
- Help ensure customer satisfaction by resolving customer issues/questions related to service, billing, or other matters
- Document customer information and call history accurately for future reference
- Process orders for new services requested
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Terminix products and services, marketing promotions, and special offers
- Prepare correspondence and coordinate with other functions as necessary to resolve issues
- Cultivate long-term customer relationships to support customer retention
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED (required)
- Prior customer service or call center experience (highly desired, but not required)
- Enjoy interacting with customers and providing great service
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to clearly explain solutions
- Thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Strong interpersonal and written communication skills
- Basic computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office products
- Typing speed of 25+ words per minute

Pay
Hourly base pay range: $16.00 - $29.00. Starting pay may vary based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and experience. Total earnings may also include overtime, incentives, commissions, and performance-based adjustments.
