Customer Service Representative - Onsite
Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with account updates, billing questions, service inquiries, new account setups, and more.
Provide personalized support to help customers feel confident and protected, including reviewing and explaining coverage details, offering additional services, and addressing concerns.
Work collaboratively with team members to ensure seamless communication and efficient service delivery.
Requirements
High school diploma or GED required.
Ability to type 25 words per minute.
Intermediate/advanced technical proficiency to toggle between multiple systems while communicating with customers.
Open availability 7 days a week.
Qualifications
Reliable transportation to get to and from work daily.
