Summary
The Customer Service Rep I ensures customer satisfaction by answering product and delivery questions and suggesting information about other products. Processes orders, prepares correspondence, tracks customer orders, and works to resolve any delivery issues.

Qualifications
- 1-3 years of effective customer support experience
- Strong phone skills
- Dynamic active listening skills
- Impassioned customer satisfaction focus
- Solid ability to effectively adapt and respond to different types of situations
- Prior proven ability to prioritize and manage time efficiently
Duties
- Buils sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication
- Mets call handling and order entry quotas
- Handles complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives
- Keeps records and track the pricing for customers
- Communicates with Warehouse Managers on late, large and/or add on of orders
- Works closely with other Customer Service Reps to encourage a teamwork environment
- Expedites Reports (back orders/open orders)
Preferred Qualifications
- Customer support experience in a wholesale redistribution environment
- Familiarity with Eclipse (AS400)/Solar (Window based) system
