Job Description

At ResultsCX, our Onsite Customer Service Representative - Onsite are skilled problem-solvers and trusted resources for our customers. As a Customer Service Representative, working from our office located at 2411 Jefferson Rd Suite A, ATHENS, GA, 30607, you will handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with account updates, billing questions, service inquiries, new account setups and more!

Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with account updates, billing questions, service inquiries, new account setups and more.
  • Provide clear and empathetic communication to help customers feel confident and protected.
  • Investigate and address concerns related to customer accounts, policies, and services.
  • Offer additional coverage options and explain their benefits to customers.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty through proactive and responsive service.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Ability to type 25 words per minute.
  • Intermediate/advanced technical proficiency to toggle between multiple systems while communicating with the customer.
  • Open availability 7 days a week.

Qualifications

  • Reliable transportation to get to and from work daily.
  • Live within commuting distance of the physical location 2411 Jefferson Rd Suite A, ATHENS, GA, 30607.
