Responsibilities
- Become a Trusted Partner to Customers and Sales Teams
- Serve as a primary point of contact for customers, distributors, and sales representatives
- Respond to inquiries quickly and professionally
- Build lasting relationships that drive customer satisfaction and repeat business
- Support customers through the entire project and order lifecycle
- Partner with outside sales representatives to pursue new business opportunities
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
- Support promotional initiatives and product launches
- Drive leads and opportunities through HubSpot and CRM tools
- Own The Customer Experience
- Collaborate with Engineering, Quotations, Supply Chain, and Customer Service teams to ensure successful outcomes
- Help customers navigate complex projects and product selections
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience working with or selling electronics-related products such as LED lighting, devices, Audio/Visual, electrical, or similar technical product categories
- Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
- Experience using CRM systems such as HubSpot, Salesforce, SAP, Zendesk, or similar platforms
- Willingness and ability for occasional travel to trade shows, customer visits, and industry events
