Customer Account Specialist

About the role

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with customers and collaborate with internal teams to solve challenging customer problems.
• Leverage C.H. Robinson’s global technology platform, Navisphere, to manage shipments and generate reports.
• Communicate shipment updates proactively and accurately ensuring a customer-centric approach.
• Analyze customer inquiries and provide quality and timely insights and updates to your customers.
• Proactively identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency.
• Respond to customers with a sense of urgency to provide an excellent customer experience.
• Network internally with Account Management, Operations, and Capacity teams.

Requirements

• A High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Previous Customer Engagement Experience.
• Ability to travel up to 5% domestically.

Qualifications

• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite of Programs.
• Attention to detail, accuracy, and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated negotiation, collaboration, and influencing skills.
• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university (business, sales, marketing, supply chain, communications, or related major is a plus).

Pay

Compensation Range: $19.95 - $31.55. The base pay range displayed on the job posting reflects the minimum and maximum base pay for this specific location. Your individual base pay within this range is determined by job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Compensation details listed in this posting reflect the base pay only and do not include additional variable compensation.

Schedule

Engage with peers in-office four days a week, with the flexibility for remote work one day a week.
