Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer inquiries via phone and email
- Process orders, quotes, and customer requests
- Provide order status, pricing, availability, and shipment updates
- Cook up with sales, inventory, purchasing, and operations teams
- Maintain accurate records within ERP/CRM systems
- Utilize Outlook and Excel daily
- Resolve customer issues and ensure timely follow-up
What We're Looking For
- Customer service, account support, inside sales support, or order management experience
- Experience working with physical products, inventory, logistics, manufacturing, distribution, or supply chain environments
- Strong Outlook, email, and customer communication skills
- ERP/CRM experience preferred
- Excel proficiency required
