Custodian (TS/SCI with Poly Clearance Required)

Responsibilities
- Clean and maintain washrooms, office premises, various flooring styles, and common rooms such as break and dining areas.
- Perform sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, and polishing of floors.
- Remove trash and general refuse from work areas.
- Dust furniture and fixtures, polish metal fixtures and trimmings.
- Clean lavatories, showers, and restrooms.
- Deep-clean floors, shampoo rugs, wash walls and glass, and remove additional rubbish.
- Perform routine equipment maintenance activities (vacuums, custodial hand tools, etc.).
- Notify management of need for site repairs.
Requirements
A combination of education and directly related experience equal to one (1) year; some locations may have additional or different qualifications in compliance with local requirements.
Ability to communicate effectively with a variety of audiences including management, coworkers, clients, vendors, contractors, and visitors.
Job-related technical knowledge necessary to complete the job.
Ability to attend to detail and work in a time-conscious and time-effective manner.
Must have an active (or ability to obtain and maintain) TS/SCI with Polygraph Clearance.
Weekend shifts available. May also be required to work an occasional weekend day depending on current staffing.
Must demonstrate basic computer knowledge (e.g., ability to use email, internet, Microsoft Office products such as Word and Excel).
Qualifications

Market Rate
The market rate for the role is typically at the mid-point of the salary range; however, final salary is determined by additional factors such as qualifications, years of experience, geographic location, internal pay equity, and prevailing market conditions for the specific role.
