Custodian (Full-Time)

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Custodian for a full-time position at a college campus.

Responsibilities

• Performing cleaning, dusting, mopping, vacuuming, sanitizing and recycling duties across various areas such as hallways, offices, classrooms, restrooms, gymnasium, dining areas, and laboratories
• Monitoring supply inventories
• Maintaining equipment records
• Assisting with snow removal as needed

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Ability to work independently
• Proficiency in English
• Physical capacity to lift up to 50 pounds and exert 75 pounds of force
• Ability to operate cleaning equipment safely
• Understanding of cleaning techniques and chemicals
• Valid driver's license

Preferred Experience

• Previous custodial work

Pay

Competitive hourly wage with benefits

Schedule

Monday through Friday during day or swing shifts, depending on the season
