Culture and Training Coach - FL

Responsibilities

• Assume the leadership role during the check-in process, ensuring the baller team operates smoothly.
• Work with head ballers on trip check-ins (conducting weekly 1-on-1 sessions).
• Instill culture on all baller trips and hold ballers accountable to brand standards.
• Ensure baller program operational standards are met while on trips.
• Pour into ballers with tips and tricks on being more operationally sound (e.g., assertively coaching, tapping off, verbal coaching while catching up).
• Absorb any community hours, friends and families, & swag days.
• Demonstrate emotional regulation and self-awareness by maintaining composure in high-pressure moments, stepping back to assess the situation, prioritize effectively, and take intentional action.
• Mentor team members when applicable.
• Help develop ballers at all stands in the region and prepare them for upcoming trips.
• Work with SO/Manager during outreach weeks when needed; coach head ballers on operating outreach weeks.
• Shadow and help with everyday duties of Baller leadership.
• Help push the use of 1Huddle, explaining the app and all its features.
• Work to understand and execute the duties of a baller coordinator.
• Work with Kelley/Rachel to help manage baller turnover.
