About the Role

Trails of Orono, a Lifespark Senior Living Community located in Orono, MN, is seeking a Culinary Assistant/Server to join our team. Situated in a serene, wooded setting just west of Minneapolis, we provide Assisted Living and Memory Care services, helping seniors Age Magnificently. Position Duties & Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation, distribution, and supply of food and dishes to residents, families, and staff.
• Set up room trays and tables in the dining room, serve and bus trays, pour and cover beverages, and assist in preparing and covering food.
• Transport carts to appropriate areas and deliver trays when applicable.
• Deliver nourishments and snacks appropriately.
• Maintain a steady work pace to ensure an adequate supply of clean kitchen utensils and dishes.
• Soak, scrub, scrape, and wash soiled dishes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in a senior living setting preferred.
• Ability to relate professionally, positively, and cooperatively with residents, their families, and employees.
• Advanced computer skills required.

Pay

Hourly: $15.50 - $20.50 per hour, depending on experience.

Schedule

Part-time PM shift: 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM.
