Carver Ridge Senior Living: Culinary Assistant/Server (FT/PT AM & PT PM)
Our Culinary Assistants/Servers become family and impact the lives of our residents who live in a Lifespark Senior Living Community. Carver Ridge, a Lifespark Senior Living Community located just outside downtown Carver, Minnesota, helps seniors Age Magnificently in a gorgeous 70-unit, apartment-style community offering Assisted Living, Independent Living, and Memory Care services. Carver Ridge provides a stable leadership team, a cheerful staff, and was recently voted Best in Senior Living in 2021 and 2022.
Pay
$15.50/hour - $20.50/hour, depending on experience
Schedule
Various shifts available; full and part-time AM (7am-2pm) and part-time PM (4pm-7pm)

Responsibilities
In this position, you will assist in the preparation, distribution, and supply of food and dishes to residents, families, and staff while creating an environment that promotes resident well-being. Duties include:
- Set up room trays and tables in the dining room, serve and bus trays, pour and cover beverages, and assist in preparing and covering food
- Transport carts to appropriate areas and deliver trays, when applicable
- Deliver nourishments and snacks appropriately
- Maintain a steady work pace to produce an adequate supply of clean kitchen utensils and dishes
- Soak, scrub, scrape, and wash soiled dishes
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred
- Experience in a senior living setting is preferred
- Must be able to relate professionally, positively, and cooperatively with residents, residents’ families, and employees
- Must possess advanced computer skills
