Carver Ridge Senior Living: Culinary Assistant/Server (AM/PM part-time)

Position

Carver Ridge Senior Living is seeking a Culinary Assistant/Server to join their team. The position is hourly, ranging from $15.50 to $20.50 per hour, depending on experience. The service area is 920 6th Street West, Carver, MN 553315. Schedules vary for AM (7am-2pm or 11am-2pm) and PM (4pm-7pm) shifts.

Position Duties & Responsibilities

In this role, you will assist in:

• Setting up room trays and tables in the dining room
• Serving and bussing trays
• Pouring and covering beverages
• Preparing and covering food
• Transporting carts to appropriate areas and delivering trays, when applicable
• Delivering nourishments and snacks appropriately
• Maintaining a steady work pace to produce an adequate supply of clean kitchen utensils and dishes
• Soaking, scrubbing, scraping, and washing soiled dishes

Qualifications

A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred. Experience in a senior living setting is preferred. Must be able to relate professionally, positively, and cooperatively with residents, resident's families, and employees. Must possess advanced computer skills.
