About the role

The Customer Service/Warehouse Associate will provide a variety of support such as servicing walk-in customers, completing sales transactions, and performing warehouse duties like receiving, loading/unloading material, pulling/assembling customers' orders, and inventory checks.

Responsibilities

• Waiting on customers and assisting with order requirements
• Answering customer inquiries and providing samples
• Completing sales transactions and accepting payments
• Addressing and resolving customer complaints (returns and order errors)
• Processing payments and receipts, reconciling DSRs and cash box, preparing bank deposits, balancing petty cash box, and creating vendor orders
• Entering customer orders, creating plant/RDC orders, and completing stock replenishment orders
• Producing daily sales reports
• Pulling/assembling customer orders, checking outbound orders for accuracy/completeness, conducting inventory stock checks, restocking and labeling vendor products, maintaining displays, moving, storing, and replenishing material, and conducting daily cycle counts
• Receiving and unloading inbound material, processing inbound shipments, stocking material, processing customer returns, and notifying management of damaged shipments for freight claims
• Operating crane forklift equipment
• Maintaining a clean and organized facility by sweeping, trash removal, restroom cleaning, and general office maintenance
• Maintaining a safe working environment by following safety rules and reporting accidents, unsafe conditions, and acts to Management
• Performing other related duties as required

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent experience
• 1+ years of customer service experience and warehouse experience
• Forklift experience

Pay

Expected hourly pay rates for the role will be between $17.02 and $21.26 at the commencement of employment. However, base pay if hired will be determined on an individualized basis and is only part of the compensation package, which depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, incentive compensation, discretionary bonuses, other short and long-term incentive packages, and other company-sponsored benefit programs.
