The role involves managing and enhancing the NEOGOV platform to meet the needs of government agencies, private businesses, and educational institutions. Key responsibilities include providing support services, answering inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring the security and integrity of the platform.
Responsibilities
- Manage and enhance the NEOGOV platform to meet the needs of government agencies, private businesses, and educational institutions.
- Provide support services, answer inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and ensure the security and integrity of the platform.
- Collaborate with internal teams to implement new features and improve existing functionalities.
- Respond to legal requests and enforce legal agreements where applicable.
- Prevent fraud or potentially illegal activities, and screen for and prevent undesirable or abusive activity.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in software development or IT support.
- Strong understanding of web technologies and platforms.
- Experience with project management and team collaboration.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript.
- Experience with databases and database management systems.
- Knowledge of cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
- Experience with agile methodologies and version control systems (Git).
- Good understanding of cybersecurity principles and practices.
