Job Responsibilities

Under direct supervision, works and communicates with the general public, internal customers and/or external customers to provide information and services targeted to meet customer expectations.

Minimum Qualifications

• A high school diploma/GED and one (1) year of experience communicating information in a customer service setting are required.
• Bilingual Spanish/English is preferred.
