This position is located at the Bartow County Health Department in Cartersville, Georgia. It is an unclassified, full-time position working 40 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Under direct supervision, works and communicates with the general public, internal customers and/or external customers to provide information and services targeted to meet customer expectations.

Requirements

• High school diploma/GED and one (1) year of experience communicating information in a customer service setting are required.
• Bilingual Spanish/English (preferred).
• Must be within a reasonable commuting distance. Relocation assistance is not provided.

Pay

• CSR 1: $30,700.56
• CSR 2: $33,042.48

Additional Information

• The DPH Commissioner and agency leaders encourage all employees to engage in regular wellness activities and to make lifestyle choices that promote health and well-being. The use of physical activity breaks during the workday is authorized to support this philosophy and help employees meet their wellness goals. A maximum of 30 minutes of physical activity may be allocated per workday, typically in the form of two 15-minute breaks or one 30-minute break.
