About the role
Salesforce is seeking a highly motivated team member to support and execute sales programs for Salesforce's Success Plans (Premier & Signature Success). This role contributes to pipeline development, revenue growth, and market coverage in support of Salesforce's NNAOV initiative.
Responsibilities
- Support the identification, operationalization, and measurement of sales programs targeting new revenue and attrition risk.
- Partner closely with aligned sales and renewals teams, serving as a reliable resource and point of contact.
- Build reports and dashboards to track program performance and surface insights for senior leadership.
- Aid in preparing executive-ready presentations summarizing program impact, successes, and opportunities.
- Contribute to cross-functional projects representing the Success Plans team and help drive strategy forward.
- Navigate time zone complexity and regional nuance to effectively support globally distributed teams.
Requirements
Desired skills/experience:
- 6+ years of relevant experience in Sales Programs, Sales Strategy, Sales Operations, or related fields (or equivalent experience).
- Experience working with or supporting international/regional sales or Go-To-Market teams preferred.
- Proven ability to build relationships across functions and manage competing priorities.
- Degree or equivalent relevant experience required.
Skills
- An analytical mindset with comfort working in data — Excel/Google Sheets, Salesforce reports, Tableau or similar.
- Understanding of business metrics and ability to connect program activity to strategic goals.
- Comfortable utilizing AI tools to drive efficiency and scale in Sales Programs.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including experience preparing presentations or executive summaries.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams across regions and time zones.
- A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative, globally distributed environment.
- Familiarity with Salesforce products and platform a plus.
