About the role

Salesforce is seeking a highly motivated team member to support and execute sales programs for Salesforce's Success Plans (Premier & Signature Success). This role contributes to pipeline development, revenue growth, and market coverage in support of Salesforce's NNAOV initiative.

Responsibilities

  • Support the identification, operationalization, and measurement of sales programs targeting new revenue and attrition risk.
  • Partner closely with aligned sales and renewals teams, serving as a reliable resource and point of contact.
  • Build reports and dashboards to track program performance and surface insights for senior leadership.
  • Aid in preparing executive-ready presentations summarizing program impact, successes, and opportunities.
  • Contribute to cross-functional projects representing the Success Plans team and help drive strategy forward.
  • Navigate time zone complexity and regional nuance to effectively support globally distributed teams.

Requirements

Desired skills/experience:

  • 6+ years of relevant experience in Sales Programs, Sales Strategy, Sales Operations, or related fields (or equivalent experience).
  • Experience working with or supporting international/regional sales or Go-To-Market teams preferred.
  • Proven ability to build relationships across functions and manage competing priorities.
  • Degree or equivalent relevant experience required.

Skills

  • An analytical mindset with comfort working in data — Excel/Google Sheets, Salesforce reports, Tableau or similar.
  • Understanding of business metrics and ability to connect program activity to strategic goals.
  • Comfortable utilizing AI tools to drive efficiency and scale in Sales Programs.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including experience preparing presentations or executive summaries.
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams across regions and time zones.
  • A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative, globally distributed environment.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce products and platform a plus.
