The Role

Responsibilities
- Review and correct credit reports
- Open and sort mail
- Interact with dealers and other agencies
- Perfect lien information on vehicle titles
- Sending title notices
- Processing state forms for Pennsylvania and Out of State titles
- Working with third party loan and title servicing companies
- Processing title corrections and changes
- Interacting with dealers, other agencies, and internal departments
- Releasing PSECU’s interest in the vehicle
- Processing out of state documents related to lien release
Secondary Position Summary
This position also includes:
- Process approved loan applications and disburses funds for all new consumer loans
- Qualifying vehicles for market value
- Reviewing incoming AutoDrafts for acceptance
- Ordering supplies
- Answering member calls
- Responding to member emails and chats
- Performing account corrections
Qualifications
- High School Diploma (Required)
- Any equivalent combination of experience and education
Benefits
Flexible schedule: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, full-time in office.
