Loan Processor - Support

Key Responsibilities

• Process conventional, FHA, VA, and USDA mortgage loans from application through closing.
• Review loan documentation, verify income, assets, credit, title, and appraisals.
• Ensure complete and accurate loan files for underwriting approval.
• Coordinate with underwriters, title companies, and closing teams to meet deadlines.
• Maintain compliance with investor, agency, and regulatory requirements.
• Update loan information in Encompass and ensure timely, accurate processing.
• Provide exceptional customer service while working collaboratively with internal and external partners.
• Support cross-training, special projects, and team initiatives as needed.

Previous mortgage loan processing experience required.

Experience with Encompass preferred.

Strong knowledge of conventional, FHA, VA, and USDA loan guidelines.

Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple loans in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines
