CS Loan Issuer/Title Support

The Role

Maintain a focus on excellence every day in a 90-year-old institution that encourages growth and dreams.

Responsibilities

• Process approved loan applications and disburse funds for new consumer loans
• Servicing of all consumer loans
• Suspend open end loans during annual account reviews
• Qualify vehicles for market value
• Review incoming Auto Drafts for acceptance
• Handle deceased member accounts
• Issue stop payments on AutoDrafts
• Complete indemnity agreements for AutoCheck stop payments
• Order supplies
• Answer member calls and respond to emails and chats
• Perform member outreach
• Interact with dealers and other agencies for loan maintenance

Requirements

• High School Diploma (or equivalent)

Qualifications

• Any equivalent combination of experience and education

Skills

• Customer service skills
• Loan processing and servicing
• Collaboration with external entities
