About the role
FICS is searching for an enthusiastic commercial loan servicing software system support team member to join in supporting its customers. The System Support team member will provide high-quality commercial mortgage loan servicing software system support and consulting, helping to streamline the commercial mortgage process for clients.
Responsibilities
- Communicate with customers via phone calls and email in a fast-paced environment
- Train FICS customers to use the FICS software
- Perform FICS product webinars
- Be the first in line in the collaborative process of testing the FICS software for quality assurance
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in the commercial mortgage loan servicing industry
- A solid understanding of commercial mortgage loan servicing
- Knowledge of escrow administration, asset management, cash management, investor reporting, and/or IRS reporting is a plus
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are a must
- Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills, as well as an eagerness to learn
- Natural problem-solving skills
- Ability to travel across the U.S., when needed
