Commercial Loan Support Specialist

Responsibilities

• Process commercial loan files after booking.
• Forward and/or file loan documents in accordance with Bank procedures.
• Input and track Uniform Commercial Code (UCC) financing statements and insurance.
• Prepare releases of collateral.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma required.
• A bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration, or related field preferred.
• One to two years of experience in commercial loan operations or real estate lending preferred.
• Able to plan and organize.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Possesses attention to detail with excellent follow-through.
• Able to multi-task, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.
• Proficient in MS Word and Excel.

Compensation

The hourly pay range for this role is $18.00 - $24.50/hr; commensurate with experience. The successful candidate will be hired for the level of the position that aligns with their experience.

Work Schedule

Monday - Friday 8:00AM - 5:00PM (hours may vary)
