Role Overview: The position involves leading quantum security initiatives, developing go-to-market strategies, and building relationships with senior clients such as CISOs and CIOs. The candidate will oversee the delivery team, ensuring high-quality solutions, managing financial performance, and scaling consulting offerings. Key Responsibilities Define market strategies and engage with executive stakeholders to promote quantum security services.Build and manage a high-performance delivery team, ensuring growth and quality standards.Develop thought leadership through whitepapers and speaking engagements to establish market presence.Innovate methodologies and scalable service models tailored to quantum security domains.Attract, mentor, and retain specialized technical talent, fostering a collaborative culture.Uphold integrity and professionalism within the work environment. Qualifications & Skills Minimum of eight years' experience with Post-Quantum Cryptography standards (CNSA 2.0, NIST) at an enterprise level.Educational background of a Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred).Proven success in building consulting offerings, managing P&L, and leading cross-functional teams.Experience negotiating partnerships with leading technology vendors and engaging C-suite audiences.Knowledge of global quantum security regulations and critical infrastructure mandates.Ability to craft market narratives and represent the practice through thought leadership activities.Willingness to travel as needed and work in compliance with legal and work authorization requirements. Key Skills: Strategic planning, leadership, client relationship management, technical expertise in quantum security, business development, and thought leadership.
