Cryptography - Post-Quantum Research Lead

Role Overview: The position involves leading the development and execution of quantum security offerings, building executive relationships, and guiding client engagements with senior stakeholders. You will scale high-performance delivery teams, oversee financial performance, and develop thought leadership to position as a market leader in quantum security. Responsibilities: Define go-to-market strategies, develop client relationships, deliver compelling presentations, and create ROI business cases.Build and manage delivery teams, oversee project margins, resource utilization, and P&L accountability.Develop thought leadership through whitepapers and conference talks, mentoring team members to industry recognition.Launch scalable methodologies and service models tailored to quantum security domains.Attract and nurture technical talent, fostering collaboration and succession planning.Uphold professionalism, integrity, and a respectful work environment. Qualifications & Skills Minimum eight years of experience with PQC standards (CNSA 2.0, NIST) and enterprise-level implementation strategies.Master's degree preferred; Bachelor's required.Proven success in building consulting offerings, managing P&L, and leading cross-functional teams.Experience negotiating partnerships with vendors like Google and IBM.Knowledge of global quantum security regulations and engaging C-suite audiences.Strong communication skills for crafting narratives and thought leadership.Ability to travel as needed.
